TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

BOOKING

– 50% deposit on TOTAL cost  is due upon booking

– 2 week cooling off period from booking date. If cancelled, a full refund of deposit will be made minus an admin fee of $75.00

– A refundable $1000 bond is payable two months before the arrival date.

– Cancellations of more than 90 days to wedding date arrival will receive 50% refund on their deposit

– Cancellations between 60- 90 days  from wedding date arrival will result in loss of deposit

– Cancellations less than 60 days from wedding date arrival will result in loss of all payments and be liable for an admin fee of $350.00 to cover   planning undertaken up to that point & any cancellations

– Any cancellations must be made in writing to ebony@nannuphideaway.com.au

– Final outstanding payment of 50% is due 60 days prior to wedding date arrival along with your bond

– All payments by credit card will incur a 2.6% credit card surcharge

– All one night ‘Basic Packages’ ONLY available Monday- Thursday. One night weekend bookings are only considered if the date is available

– Nannup Hideaway reserves the right to cancel any bookings if we feel threatened or feel the event will cause damage | or reflect badly on our businesses identity.

GUESTS

– Maximum number of guests  allowed is 50.Please contact us directly for any requests on larger numbers.

– The total amount of guests we can accommodate overnight on the property is 14

– Please enquire about camping options

-There is no curfew, however we ask all guests to remain respectful

– Smoking in restricted areas only

– No swimming or fishing permitted in the Dam

– Please don’t touch or hurt any livestock & animals on the property,you will be asked to leave immediately

– Accommodation cleaning is provided in the cost. Rubbish bins are provided , any excess litter cleanup will be charged at an hourly rate

-Fire restrictions are in place between November – March. Permission required to use fire pit

By paying the 50% Deposit upon booking and signing the agreement, you agree that you are responsible and liable for any damages and costs associated , and the total 50% Invoice remaining. You accept all the terms and Conditions  Nannup Hideaway Spa Cottages & Retreats has listed above.
